Jan. 30, 2024: Fox Corp files a reply to comment by Padden, ignores Floyd Abrams' submission

Fox TV filed a letter in response to Preston Padden’s submission of Jan. 25, 2024 repeating their call that the MAD petition and other motion be dismissed and for the FCC to renew the license. They did not acknowledge the arguments that First Amendment scholar Floyd Abrams had submitted to the FCC on January 23, 2024.
