Fox Television Stations filed a reply to Preston Padden’s January 25 filing. They said that the Media and Democracy Project and our allies are trying to silence a “longstanding outlet of local news, weather and other locally-originated programming. The said that the allegations in the Smartmatic case, even if fully proven should not be pertinent to a license renewal decision.
