OCT 16, 2023: Fox filed with FCC opposing disclosure for documents

In an October 16, 2023, FCC filing, Fox stated its opposition to MAD’s October 9 Motion for Production of Documents. The motion requested that Fox be compelled to turn over nonpublic documents from recent court cases.
