Oct. 30, 2023: FOX reiterates arguments, requests matter be dismissed

On October, 30, 2023, Fox filed with the FCC reiterating their arguments and calling MAD filings “repetitious”. They asked FCC to dismiss the objections and renew the WTXF license.
