Oct. 9, 2023: MAD asks the FCC to compel Fox to produce Dominion documents and others

On October 9, 2023, MAD requested that the FCC compel Fox to produce key nonpublic discovery from various lawsuits to ensure full transparency and accountability.

The motion seeks evidence from the Dominion and Smartmatic defamation suits, all documents reviewed in the four pension-fund stockholder lawsuits, and internal communications from Fox-owned WTXF-TV, Fox 29, in Philadelphia.

MAD stated: “The public interest imperative of this proceeding requires a full review of all the evidence to ensure a complete and transparent evaluation of the renewal application and the Commission’s decision to designate a hearing.”
