Sep. 7, 2023: Fox filed notice of meeting with the FCC Media Bureau

On September 7, 2023, Fox filed an Ex Parte notice that they had met with members of the FCC Media Bureau on September 5, 2023 “ to discuss the pending license renewal application of WTXF-TV” and that “[d]uring the meeting, we discussed the legal and factual case set forth in FTS’s filings.

Such meetings are permitted because the FCC granted MAD’s request that the proceeding be designated a “permit-but-disclose” case.
